Whoever does not accept these terms and conditions, must refrain from accessing this site, either directly or indirectly, and from using any information or service provided by it.
The creation of an account on the website is mandatory for the purchase of products. Availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice. An order generated from our store may be canceled depending on business policies, availability and/or price changes.
Account information is necessary for system access, order generation, verification of previous purchases, modification of preferences, customer service and to ensure authorized use of the products / services.

Glossary:
PARTNER: It is the third party that advertises its services through the Company’s website and gives a mandate to the Company for the collection of income.
USER: It is the natural or legal person who voluntarily accesses the site to enjoy the offers promoted on it.
Nexsys Latin America: It is a Company that can act in two ways:
• As a third-party Advertiser and Collector: In these cases, it acts as a catalog allowing third parties to advertise on its website and in turn collects the payments that users make to third parties under a mandate given by these to Nexsys Latin America.
• Supplier of goods in certain cases of marketing products through the page.
Privacy and confidentiality
The User declares to know and accept the confidentiality policy and undertakes to keep absolute confidentiality about the data provided here.

Nexsys Latin America expressly reserves the right to exercise all actions, both civil and criminal, aimed at safeguarding its legitimate intellectual and industrial property rights.

Access to the Site and its offers is restricted to Users of Nexsys Latin America, after their subscription to the website.
It is the obligation and responsibility of the User to safeguard their data and access codes, since they are for the exclusive use of the owner thereof.
Obligations regarding the veracity of the information:

Nexsys Latin America has no responsibility for the web pages that have links to the Site. Prohibitions:
Notwithstanding what has already been stated, Users are prohibited from using the Site to upload, advertise, transmit and/or distribute any item, including without limitation any computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, mechanism automatic shutdown or any other disruptive system, program or file; interfere with the security of this site; infringe commercial patents, registered trademarks, commercial and industrial secrets, publicity rights or any other proprietary rights of any natural or legal person, communities, etc.; prevent or interrupt the use of the site by third parties; use automatic programs, manual mechanisms or processes to monitor, copy, summarize, or otherwise extract information from this site; use the accounts and passwords of third-party Users, or any other information without the prior written consent of the owner; create accounts or use the site by providing false information; transmit from this site SPAM, chain letters, junk mail or any other type of unsolicited mass mail; upload, distribute or disseminate from the site material or information of a threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, fraudulent, deceptive nature, or that in any other way could be contrary to the Law, good customs, public order, which violates the rights of any other party, or contains fundraising solicitations, etc.
System Failures:
The system may eventually be unavailable due to technical difficulties, Internet failures, or any other circumstance beyond the control of Nexsys Latin America; In such cases, efforts will be made to restore it as quickly as possible, without the Company being held responsible for this.
Responsibility:
Nexsys Latin America is not responsible for the loss or damage that may eventually be suffered by the files that are sent by the Users for the provision of their services, whether these occur due to technical problems, their actions or their dependents. By virtue of the foregoing, it is the User who is responsible for supporting the information sent to Nexsys Latin America.
Products:
• Products promoted through the Site may be sold by Nexsys Latin America
• The ownership of the products will be transferred to the user once the delivery is verified at the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase.
• Changes, returns or the exercise of the guarantee, will be subject to current legal regulations in those cases in which the sale is made directly by Nexsys Latin America, otherwise, the changes, returns or guarantees will be exercised with the supplier of the goods.
• In the case of products sold with dispatch, for changes and/or returns if applicable, or the use of the guarantee, buyers must send the products to the offices of Nexsys Latin America, located in the city of Bogotá, unless otherwise indicated in the respective publication.
• The exercise of the right of withdrawal contemplated in article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 is excluded for the sale of goods.
• The dispatch of the products by Nexsys Latin America proceeds only when so specified in their publication. The dispatch period is specified in each case. Business day deadlines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Nexsys Latin America may deliver the dispatch information provided by the User to third parties in order to carry out the distribution of the products.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Any controversy derived from this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance, will be submitted to the applicable laws and to the competent Courts for its knowledge
