Nexsys was founded in 1988 in Colombia, entering the world of technology as one of the first specialized software and hardware distributors.
1989
Nexsys becomes distributor of Lotus Development.
1993
Autodesk arrives at Nexsys in Colombia.
1995
Nexsys establishes alliance with Symantec.
1996
The distribution of the Adobe line is consolidated. It becomes the first VAD of IBM Software in Latin America.
1997
Nexsys becomes Oracle's first VAD in Latin America. / Establishes alliance with McAfee. / The Hardware Unit is created.
1999
Nexsys becomes a wholesale distributor of Microsoft and CA (ComputerAssociates) Technologies.
2000
Nexsys starts operations in Ecuador and Peru.
2001
Nexsys opens its headquarters in Central America.

Nexsys starts operations in Mexico.

Nexsys opens its headquarters in Bolivia.

Anniversary No. 25 - Nexsys career and history in the Technology market. Nexsys de Colombia announced the absorption of the operation of Intcomex Colombia.

Nexsys decides to bet on Nexsys Cloud Connect, an event focused around the Cloud business that brought together manufacturers, channels and executives from throughout Latin America.
2018
The second edition of Nexsys Cloud Connect is held, dedicated to knowing, offering and expanding business relationships around the marketing of Cloud solutions, digital transformation and the Internet of things.

Nexsys celebrates 30 years in the market. With the distribution of more than 60 brands, presence in 19 countries and more than 750 employees, Nexsys becomes the first value added wholesaler in information technology solutions in Latin America.
